Japanese American directory, the bulk of the directory lists people and businesses in California, but the last 98 pages also list other states in the United States and in Mexico. Names are given in Japanese, addresses are given in English. Nichibei, or The Japanese American News, was a San Francisco based newspaper that operated from 1899 to 1942.

Collection of essays written by medical officers on baord the Iwate during the 1929 Japanese Imperial Navy Training Squadron cruise. The essays were initially published in a montly magazine over 18 months and focus on the medical officers impressions of each port and city visited. The main focus was on health, medical and sanitation issues and detailed accounts of hospitals, medical services, drinking water, sewage systems, infectious disease, and brothels were reported. Special attention was paid to the Japanese communities in the United States, Cuba, Panama and Mexico. The text is accompanied by scattered reproductions of photographs.

The newsletters, which were published several times a year from February 1942 to February 1946, supplied news of the committee's work to assist the Japanese Americans who were relocated by the U.S. Government in 1942. The newsletters discuss several of the relocation centers including Central Utah, Gila River, Manzanar, and Poston. The bulletins also talk about the Tulare Assembly Center, the National Japanese American Student Relocation Council, and Japanese American soldiers. The last two issues, which were published after the relocation centers were closed, discuss Japanese resettlement in the West. Issues 5, 6, and 17 are photocopies

Two drawing books entitled White's New Course in Art Instruction For Elementary Schools, published by American Book Company, New York, Cincinnati, Chicago, copyright 1892. One book is labeled 5th year, the other as 7th year. Bound in brown paper. 5th year is 32 pages in length, (numbered and unnumbered); 7th year is 36 pages in length (numbered and unnumbered). The unnumbered pages in these two volumes were used as copying pages. All of the copying pages in 7th year are blank; some of them in 5th year have been filled in with pencil drawings. 5th year contains one page with paper cutout pattern pasted in. In each book are also several pages of "Illustrated Definitions", and the inside front and back covers of each book are manufacturers' advertisements for "Materials for the Study of Color, Form, and Drawing" to be used in connection with the books in the series.
