Unto the Right Honourable the Lords of Council and Session, the claim of David Kinloch of Killry, son of the deceas'd Dr. James Kinloch of Labbathy, who was brother-german to the deceas'd Sir David Kinloch of Kinloch, : made and entered pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the twentieth year of his present Majesty, intitled, An act for vesting in his Majesty the estates of certain traitors, and for effectually discovering the same, and applying the produce thereof to the use of his Majesty, and for ascertaining and satisfying the lawful debts and claims thereupon
