Unto the Right Honourable the Lords of Council and Session, the claim of William Kinloch merchant in Lisbon, second lawful son in life of the deceas'd Sir James Kinloch, baronet, who was eldest son and heir of the deceas'd Sir David Kinloch of Kinloch, : made and entered by Dame Elisabeth Nevay, widow of the deceas'd Sir James Kinloch, and mother of the said William; and by Mr. Andrew Hay of Montblairy, attorney specially constitute for the purpose; pursuant to an Act of Parliament passed in the 20th year of his present Majesty, intitled, An act for vesting in his Majesty the estates of certain traitors, and for effectually discovering the same, and applying the produce thereof to the use of his Majesty, and for ascertaining and satisfying the lawful debts and claims thereupon
