The conference was held at The Huntington Library, San Marino, California, on September 27, 2003. Panel members were: Jack Citrin, Ed Edelman, Joel Fox, Al Koch, Warren Olney, Mark Pisano, Alexander Pope, and Raph Sonenshein. The conference covers the history of California Proposition 13, which was created by Howard Jarvis and passed in June 1978, and the effects it still has on the California economy after 25 years. Accompanying the transcript is an audio recording of the symposium.
