Two newspaper clippings from the Gloucester Daily Times, 1933, concerning a float made in Rockport, Massachusetts for the American Legion Parade in Chicago. The first newspaper clipping is dated Thursday, September 21, 1933, and includes a picture of the float below the title "Rockport's contribution to Legion Convention will depict atmosphere of seaport town." The second clipping, dated Wednesday, October 4, 1933, contains the same image of the float under the headline "Cape Ann float awarded first place." Title supplied by cataloger.
