Place of imprint and printer information from colophon; full colophon reads: Fue impressa e[n] la ciudad de Mexico e[n] casa de Pedro Ocharte por ma[n]dado del yllustrissimo y reuere[n]dissimo señor don fray Alonso de Montufar, arçobispo de la dicha ciudad. Meritissimo. Undated. Date range based on the date of the 2nd bull (1564) and the death of Montúfar (1565). Icazbalceta proposed a date of 1565 to coincide with the 2nd Council of Mexico, convened to deal with matters from the Council of Trent. Signatures: [cross]⁸ chi⁴(-chi4).
