Carolyn Chu has been a Supporting Member since 2016. As a female entrepreneur in the fashion and arts industry, she has found inspiration for her work at The Huntington. “I am mesmerized by all the plants, textures, and colors of the gardens,” said Carolyn. “They have worked their way into my designs.” After moving to Los Angeles from Paris, where she studied fashion, Carolyn said she was “looking for an outlet and found a paradise in the city” when she discovered The Huntington. Often coming in the morning for walks, Carolyn can typically be found with a friend or two in tow. “I love introducing new friends to The Huntington, and they always end up joining as members.”
