In main light, the Ascension, with Christ in red over white risen in sky, flanked by two angels with hands in prayer, seraph heads with red wings behind. Below, circle of Apostles gazing up to sky. At bottom, scroll with shield, reading: "IN MEMORY OF WILLIAM HEWLITSON / THE FIRST MASTER OF THIS COLLEGE / ERECTED BY OLD KNOX MEN". Tracery lights above, on left St. Paul holding book and sword; on right, Isaiah holding quill, name scrolls above, blue backgrounds.
