Consist of 11 photographs, including one postcard. The majority of photos are mounted, with some double-sided. Included are: views of streets such as Colorado St. and Marengo Ave., Colorado St. and Raymond St., Colorado St. and Fair Oaks St.; snapshots of The Raymond, Universalist Church and Las Casitas View (with John Brown's sons and cabin), Sierra Madre Villa, Gold of Ophir Roses at Major Skillen's place, and the building of the Mount Lowe Railway. Several photographs are accompanied by handwritten annotations detailing changes in construction, significant buildings, or other notes. The postcard is dated 1913-1915 and addressed to Miss Maud Green. The caption reads, "At the Zoo in Eastlake Park, Los Angeles, Cal." which refers to the Selig Zoo, and the renamed Lincoln Park.
