Later, first building used as a theater in California. c) Bonafacio Adobe, originally built on Alvarado Street in 1835 by José Rafael Gonzales. Later the home of Señorita Maria Ignacia Bonafacio. Removed to the Mesa.

It was begun in 1819, but not completed until 1826. Santa Barbara.

It stood on the corner of Franklin and Pierce Streets.
