The drawing book is 16 unnumbered pages in length, and contains 9 pencil drawings and 6 additional pencil drawings which are laid in. Most of the leaves in the book are blank. The drawings on the leaves include a small fairy, houses and landscapes, and floral designs. The drawings on separate sheets that have been laid in include a map of Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi signed "Drawn by Henry Tubbs."; a house; a sailboat, and a whimsical image of a foot, with piglets for toes, with a "This Little Piggy" rhyme written in ms. alongside it; this drawing is on tissue paper. The first few pages are exercises of lines and shapes, and the remaining pages include images of trees, houses, landscapes, and fences. Tissue paper guard sheets are bound in between the leaves. "Anna Carpenter" is written in ms. in the upper left-hand corner of the inside front cover. "10.00" (price) is written in ms., below it. The accompanying note written by DK reads in part: "Amazing progression in one book." Title supplied by cataloger.

One drawing book of original drawings entitled Sketch Book created by Wynna Wright in 1908. It is bound in tan cloth; the title is stamped in red letters on the front cover. The drawing book is 34 unnumbered leaves in length, and contains pencil drawings of women in early 20th century dress. It is vertically oriented; one flips the pages up rather than from right to left as with a regular book. None of the drawings are signed or dated. "Wynna Wright, 4 Kimball Road, April 12, 1908" is written in ms., in pencil, on the front flyleaf. Tissue paper guard sheets are bound in between each of the leaves.

One book of original drawings entitled Drawing Book, created by Frederick Harris of Springfield, Massachusetts. The drawing book was "Sold by M.J. Whipple & Co., Importers of Artists' Materials" in Boston, ca. 1850. The book is 10 unnumbered leaves in length, and contains 15 original pencil drawings. The front cover is an engraving; an elaborate, decorative frame surrounds the title and three vignettes. The original pencil drawings are primarily of houses and buildings; there is also an image of a modern-looking couch. None of the drawings are signed. "F.H." is written in ms., in ink, on the insides of the covers. "Frederick Harris. Springfield, Mass." is written in ms., in ink, on the front cover.
