Album is bound in textured, black material. The title, "The Little Woman," is embossed on the cover in gold. The number "21" is embossed on spine in white. Photographs are of Charmian London at all ages, studio portraits and snapshots in various locations.

Images are nearly all black-and-white photographic postcards of churches and other historic sites in France and Belgium, collected while Charmian London was in Europe in 1923. There are a handful of photographs of female friends of London's whom she met on the trip.
