There are several men and a boy standing along the right side of the pier, looking at the water. There are more people at the end of the pier and next to the low buildings on the island. On the right there is a ferry/tour boat(?) with several people on it, as well as a small sailboat. There are numerous houses along the beach on the right side of the image. Writing at the bottom of the negative is partially cut off, but reads in part "Terminal Island".
