Dr. Herbert A. Parkyn (Herbert Arthur Parkyn). Joined with Spencer in 1910 and was in the Lees Ferry placer work. Nelson Jackson was a brother of Parykn's barother-in-law. Charley talked Parkyn into coming to Lees Ferry
