Description: Big Creek PH#2 - Showing Camp #7 intake to PH #8 tunnel and forebay and Incline #2 bridge across Big Creek. The boom across the forebay was placed there to prevent any timbers, boards, ect., that might be released during PH #2A construction from going down either to the trash rack structure, or over the flashboards of Dam #5.
