    Highgrove Powerhouse - The Highgrove Hydro Plant, built by Charles R. Lloyd of the Riverside Water Company, showing water flowing into (sic) the plant and residences surrounding it. The plant burned down in 1915, but its foundation can still be seen today. The plant is believed to have been the first commercial hydroelectric plant built in California. .
