General of the Franciscan Order at Toledo renounces the Franciscan Order's rights and property in New Mexico, Florida, Guatemala, Yucatan, Guaxteca, Zacatecas, Mexico and the Phillippines. He asks the King to hand over the property to anyone who can serve him better and begs the King for ships for the Franciscans' returns to Spain or to journey to the Phiippines or Japan to continue their work of conversion.
