VII p. lxvi for discussion of place of printing. Chancery folio, with paper measuring 30.1 x 21.3 cm. Text in one column. Signatures: a¹⁰ b-k⁸ l⁶ (l6 blank?). Imperfect: leaf l6 only a stub. Binding: green morocco.
