    Four typed pages which appears to be an open letter from the L.A. Chinatown Project Association. The letter is critical of the project being built by Christine Sterling, and describes the efforts by the Chinese -American community to raise funds for their own project. The officers of the association, Walter Yip, Secretary, Quon S. Doon, Treasurer, and Lee Wah Shew, President, have signed the letter.
