The letter is critical of the project being built by Christine Sterling, and describes the efforts by the Chinese -American community to raise funds for their own project. The officers of the association, Walter Yip, Secretary, Quon S. Doon, Treasurer, and Lee Wah Shew, President, have signed the letter.
