Octr. 1800 & he marked upon his copy Withdrawn-Nevertheless all the parts were cast including Munden, Emery, Fawcett, Incledon, Johnstone, &c. Larpent found it highly objectionable on account of what is said regarding monopolizing corn by framers & others.
