Western Air Express dedication, Alhambra. April 17, 1930

A slightly elevated panoramic view of the dedication celebration of Western Air Express in Alhambra. There is a white terminal building on the left, decorated with red, white, and blue bunting, and a hangar on the right, similarly decorated. There is a large airplane between the two buildings, a smaller airplane in the bottom right corner, and a platform with people on it adjacent to the hangar. A tightly packed crowd surrounds the planes and platform, and stretches back as far as the terminal building. The Good Year blimp is parked on the runway in the background.
