Raymond Hotel, South Pasadena

Exterior view of the multi-story Raymond Hotel, with a porch that wraps around the entire building, in Pasadena, California (in what is now South Pasadena), in the final stages of construction. Men, presumably construction workers, stand on suspended platforms outside the upper level windows.
