Map of the Town of Auburndale / Surveyed by H. C. Kellogg September 1887

    Rare Books

A colorful lithograph on linen vellum. The subdivision is part of the South Riverside Land and Water Company, then within San Bernardino Co. The folder contains contracts for both town lots and colony lands. Auburndale St. exists in Norco, but this subdivision south of the Santa Ana River seems to be within the Prado Dam area. See also maps RB 356006 and ephMPCALIF0163 which include a larger area of the South Riverside Land and Water Company properties including the present city of Corona. MS note: 282909.
