No old shelf mark. This map illustrates a proposed sewer system for Pasadena, etc. to replace an activated sludge disposal plant in operation then at the site of present day Almansor Park and golf course. Handwritten note says "election held April 16, 1946." The results must have been positive for this $2 million bond issue.
