Taken from Mitchell's New General Atlas (has page no: 40 in bottom right corner). Is not from the 1860 edition, which is available in the David Rumsey online collection, nor is it from the 1863 edition (hrbs 72853). Is probably from the 1861 or 1862 edition. Washington encompasses all of Idaho and western Montana. MS notes: au9 581 ar/ 15.50 391 1860 present Idaho, part of Mont., Wyo. Prime meridian: GM, Washington. Relief: hachures.
