A man in a suit and hat is sitting on a railing along the second story balcony, while a horse, harnessed to a small four wheeled buggy with a folding canopy, is tied to one of the porch posts below. The house is run down, with boards over one of the windows on the ground floor and no glass in the windows on the second floor.
