Newspaper caption reads, "These two little girls can't wait for the official opening of the Harry Chandler Memorial Pool March 20. Kathy and Donna, left, will frolic with a thousand other girls and boys when the ribbons are cut and the dedication a memory." Women seated behind are Mrs. Frederick Wehrle (far left), and Mmes. Joseph C. Shell and Robert C. Hill (at right). All three women were to take part in the dedication ceremony.
