Drawing materials are on a short, small cabinet, and newspaper clippings with images of Uncle Sam are at the top of the desk. The cartoon shows Uncle Sam holding a newspaper the has "Free Press" on it in large font. This is presumably Bruce Russell, whose signature is at the bottom of the cartoon.
