Seated from left to right are W. A. Parsons, L. Carter, C. P. Fitchett, John Newton Van Lew (in foreground), F. Smith, J. E. Frazier, J. B. Willis, B. Wardwell, Albert Royal Brooks, Lewis Lindsey, J.
