    An elevated view of construction on a new Los Angeles Times building at the corner of 2nd and Spring in Los Angeles. The building is a windowless concrete frame, about ten stories, with wood scaffolding around the top two floors and down the whole right side of the building. Signs at the corner of the construction site read "Rowland H. Crawford Architect" and "P.J. Walker Company Builders". Trucks are parked on the street next to the site with building supplies. The older L.A. Times buildings are on the right. Information about the building construction is on the bottom left corner.
