There is a sign for "Belvista Cafe" along the side of the lowest observation platform, which refers to the cafe at the foot of the tower. The theater is a two-story building with an additional two story tower in the style of a pagoda above the main entrance on the right. The large circular building on the right houses a cyclorama of "Kilauea, the burning volcano", in which visitors could stand in the center of a fully-surrounding painted vista of the landscape around the Kilauea volcano.
