Description
The collection consists of the business records of the Sunset Club of Los Angeles from its inception in 1895, and currently updated through 2010. Included are club annals, programs and agendas, the text of lectures, essays, correspondence, event programs, memorial brochures, song books, and a few financial records. It also contains photographs, glass plate positives, some DVD and video, and a limited number of artifacts. The collection will be expanded and updated with future additions.

RESTRICTED. Some items in the collection are restricted to the use of Sunset Club members. The Huntington shall open the contents of the Collection which are dated thirty (30) years or more years earlier (or high resolution surrogates where the condition of specific originals does not permit them to be handled) for research use by registered Huntington Library readers and correspondents according to The Huntington's standard policies, procedures, and operating schedule.

RESTRICTED: Boxes 14-15. Photographs are rolled and cannot be paged until conserved. Please view similar photographs in boxes 7 and 8.
