"Contracts with Express Companies -- Mexican Lines." File No. SPM 650-1, Part 1. From 1.25 lin. inches. (Perhaps 150 pieces?) Interaction by letter with many companies, e.g.: 20-year contract between SPM and Wells Fargo & Co. of Mexico. Virtually all of this appears to pertain to Wells Fargo of Mexico -- which Walter Douglas, an official of both the SP and SPM, notes is "extraordinarily active" in Mexico in 1934. Shows cooperation between these two agencies, not competition, at first blush. Some good stuff about Obregon, relations with Mexico. Includes copy of actual contract signed with WF of Mex? (in envelope at back)
