The focus of this tightly topical group is the announcement of the SPM's intention to complete the 109-mile gap from Tepic to La Quemada, after the major interruption of the Revolution, and attendant discussion, etc. Hence the numerous news clippings, etc., many of which will be quite useful. Obregon was at ceremony, along with Julius Kruttschnitt, SP Chairman, Harry Chandler, etc
