The record books include two Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, 1899 and 1936; Audit report, 1943; Membership certificate book, 1936; two Minute books, from 1904 to 1936; Re-appraisal of Covina Orange Growers Association, 1949; Stock certificate book, 1934; Stockholders record book, from 1900 to 1935; and five Time books from 1933 to 1938. There are some loose items in the Stockholders record book regarding stockholder losses and the Time book for 1933 to 1936 has a typed letter in the inside front cover regarding laws for "Minimum Wage for Women and Minors."
