Photographs and Negatives

Photographs documenting Northrop Corporation's products, facilities, employees, and related topics from its beginnings through approximately 1990. The majority of photographs date from the 1940s through 1960s. Primarily 8 x 10-inch black-and-white prints, there are also some film negatives, color slides, and some ephemera. All formats are filed together. The last series contains photographs of the Ryan Aeronautical Company, which was eventually absorbed by Northrop in 1999.
