This collection contains the papers of Gloria Molina, who was a Los Angeles County Supervisor of the First Supervisorial District from 1991 to 2014. This collection is mainly comprised of records created and accumulated during her years on the Board of Supervisors. These materials -- including correspondence, agenda, motions, reports, press clippings, notes, ephemera, site plans, photographs, audiovisual and electronic resources -- document a wide range of activities performed by Molina and her staff, such as project planning, legislation, lawsuits, redistricting, campaigning, and budget planning.

Bills, receipts, and invoices to John Green's estate

This collection contains medical and pharmaceutical documents from Thomas Green and his son John Green as well as accounts with a weaver and cobbler. The medical and pharmaceutical documents include a 1753-1754 manuscript from Thomas Green likely used to help train his son and other physicians. This document contains original pharmaceutical recipes and procedures for ailments from gunpowder wounds to cancers, many of which incorporated Indigenous peoples practice's of using local and native plants for medicinal purposes. The medical case histories cover various patients, including women, as well as information about an epidemic that broke out in the spring of 1754. The medical account book from John Green covers the last year of the Seven Years' War (1756-1763) while military troops were stationed in Worchester, Massachusetts. Additionally, there are bills, receipts, and invoices for the estate of John Green that document purchasing medical supplies, blacksmithing services, a gravestone, books, and stationary. Also included is an unsigned polemic draft which discusses the campaign to regulate interstate commerce and a biographical sketch written twenty-eight years after John Green's death.

The Northrop Grumman Corporation papers document the history of Northrop Aircraft, Inc. and Northrop Corporation, as well as its products, employees, and founder, John Knudsen Northrop. The collection is divided into three series: Northrop Corporation Archives; Aircraft Division Records; and Photographs and Negatives. The bulk of the material is within the Corporation Archives series, which was compiled by Ira Chart, the Aircraft Division/Aircraft Group historian. The series are interrelated and cover similar subject matter. Though there is a Photographs and Negatives series, some photographs can be found throughout the collection. The collection is generally arranged by subject and format of material within. It includes brochures, reports, manuals, photographs, memoranda, newsletters, and other materials.
