Transcriptions and family research material

This series includes family research material compiled in the 20th century by Gwen Beachcroft, a descendant of the Leigh family. Included in the series are three bound volumes containing autograph transcriptions of the letters in the collection and letters in other repositories. Gwen Beachcroft also created multiple name, card, place, and events indexes, family trees, and pedigrees; she collected articles about the Leigh family and had correspondence with individuals and institutions concerning her research.
