Casey; two copies of the invitation sent to employees that were shareholders, attached to them is a memo from Robert L. Flannes to Management Personnel advising them to allow employee shareholders to attend the meeting; a memo from Robert F. Erburu regarding proxy statements, with a copy of the statement attached to the memo; and a letter inviting Otis Chandler to the meeting sent by Norman Chandler, its signed "Dad."
