Newspaper Publishers Assn.?) meeting related to "Shopping News" and expansion plans; run-down of savings from cancellation of syndicated features; 1963 list of membership fees paid by LAT, i.e. Ron Ostrow - Aviation Writers Assn., $15; list of "Syndicated Features with Undated Expirations" (1963); "Journalism Issues Survey"; use of Conrad cartoons in a partisan political publication outside the newspaper; the comics page--lists, prices, popularity issues, additions, terminations; visiting journalists; etc.
