Description: Approximately 45 items: selection of newspaper clips, tear sheets, copies and other material related to national politics. Some of the figures represented here are Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, William H. Taft, on through to Richard Nixon. For most of its pre-1960 existence the papers editorial AND news polities were strongly dictated by first Harrison Gray Otis, later by Harry Chandler and those who agreed with them.
