Also included in this folder is a promotion schedule; handwritten notes on a piece of paper; a two page outline of presenters; a three page list of past women of the year who are attending the presentation; a six page list of award winners listed by category; a note to Freddie [Miller] listing the wives of the city official that are attending; a nine page list of previous winners; a note to Freddie Miller with the information on her Woman of the Year and instructions on what to do with her; a list of the 1967 Women of the Year honorees and their hostesses; and a seating chart listing the introducer, the honoree and their hostess.
