Description

A letter to Otis Chandler from Cynthia A. Billings, Editor and President of The Gallagher Report Inc., requesting Chandler to write a brief note to Bernard P. Gallagher regarding the impact of the Gallagher Report on the industry. Also in this folder is a note from Freddie Miller advising against doing so, with a hand written message from Chandler stating he'll pass and to make sure everyone else passes too.
