Materials include: booklet, ca. 1985, "Los Angeles Times Suggestion System"; booklet (blue), "Getting ahead with ideas," (ca. 1965); in 1957 employee Maxine Caywood wrote a letter suggesting a bridge column be added to LAT. The suggestion was rejected, and Caywood was informed in a letter form Spence Price of the Suggestion Committee; memo on cost containment, 1988, and a flyer for the "Pull Together Sweepstakes (related to cost containment); an example of the "What is your suggestion?" form (in triplicate); other memos and material on the suggestion system.
