Two copies of a introduction speech given by Otis Chandler at the American Society of Newspaper Editors on April 18, 1969. Also in this folder is a letter to Robert H. Finch, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, from J. Edward Murray, Program Chairman for the American Society of Newspaper Editors, in which he thanks Mr. Finch for his appearance and includes a hand written note to Otis Chandler which states "Excellent job on the introduction."
