Manuscripts

Souvenir programs for the 42nd and 43rd Annual Times/Rams Charity Game. The 42nd Annual game, played against the Seattle Seahawks, was held at Anaheim Stadium on August 13, 1987. The 43rd Annual game, played against the San Diego Chargers, was held at Anaheim Stadium on August 13, 1988.

Visual Materials

A slightly elevated panoramic view of a football game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum between Syracuse University and the University of Southern California. The image was taken from the south side of the stadium, facing north, and shows mostly filled seats, except on the far right. The game is in progress, with the teams facing each other at about midfield. Signs marking the yardage are placed a couple yards out of bounds on the far side. Beyond the Coliseum walls there are several cranes visible, and the dome on the Natural History Museum. Writing in white in the bottom left corner reads "U.S.C. 16. Syracuse. 0. ; Los Angeles Coliseum. ; Dec. 6. 1924". Writing in white in the bottom right corner reads "No 101609".

A wire fence separates the field from the surrounding track. The game is in progress, with the teams facing each other near the far goal line. Writing in white in the bottom center, below the near goal post, reads "U. of Cal. - 13 vs. U.S.C. - 7 ; Los Angeles Coliseum - November 10, '23 ; Attendance 75,000". A panoramic view of a football game at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum between the University of Iowa and the University of Southern California. The image was taken from the southeast corner of the stadium, facing northwest, and shows mostly filled seats, though people have started to leave at the far end of the stadium. There is a block of people wearing white on the north side of the field. The game seems to have ended, and at least one of the teams is gathered near the far goal post. Several cameramen are on the field between the team and the camera. Writing in white in the bottom right reads "U.S.C. 18 Iowa 0 ; 11-21-25" and "No 701 ; Aerograph Co. ; L.A."
