Also included is a list where some of the guest are to be seated. Four pages total. 6) A ten page memo outlining of the 1968 Women of the Year program. 7) A seventeen page document comprising of letters and notes regarding the 1968 Women of the Year guest list. 8) A two page document regarding Women of the Year and their introducers. 9) A memo to Mrs. Chandler from Donna Swayze dated November 27, 1968. 10) A duty list with an attached evaluation note. 11) A four page outline and seating chart distributed to introducers. 12) Three copies of instructions to escorts. 13) Two pages listing the Women of the Year's fields, hostesses and introducers. 14) Three copies of the seating chart which includes the name of the person introducing and escorting the guest. 15) Seven memos regarding preparations for the Women of the Year awards. 16) A letter to Miss Debbie Meyers comprising of six items, which includes a letter, memos, and a return receipt. 17) Two letters to Dr. Daniel G.
