(Tim) Hays Jr., Editor and Co-Publisher at Press-Enterprise Company. The letter was addressed to Norman [B.] Chandler regarding the nomination of Otis Chandler as California Press Association Publisher of the Year. Freddie Miller responds to Otis Chandler in a note. Also in this folder is a letter from Norman B. Chandler responding to Howard H. [Tim] Hays, Jr.; and a letter from Tom Johnson to Howard H. [Tim] Hays, Jr., in which Johnson places nominates Otis Chandler for the California Press Association's Publisher of the Year.
