Subject include: an exchange of letters with the publisher's office at Scientific American; exchange of letters with editor Cecil Grahame of Food Service Magazine; a letter to Roger Freeman of The Hoover Institution in which Williams describes his own politics as "slightly right of the current center (1969); exchange of letters with John Freeman, British ambassador to the US; several newspaper clippings on the appointment of Freeman to assist Pres. Nixon on economic affairs; exchange of letters between Williams and John Anson Ford; "Personal and Confidential" letter from F. Daniel Frost of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher law firm on the tax reform law; angry letter from the Gen. Mgr. of the Florida Citrus Commission protesting material that appeared in LAT story (West Magazine) making reference to frozen orange juice concentrate produced in Florida. There is a clipping of the story in question.
